Attorney Hoa Nguyen is the Managing Partner and Co-founder of Paxlaw LLC, with more than 15 years of professional experience in the legal field. Prior to founding Paxlaw, she worked at Techcombank (Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank), where she served as a Senior Legal Specialist supporting the Corporate Banking Division and the Treasury Division, as well as an internal training lecturer.
At Paxlaw, Mrs. Hoa has successfully advised and managed numerous cases in the areas of international trade, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and banking & finance. She also serves as a key liaison with Penfield’s associates across Southeast Asia, North Asia, and Europe, facilitating investment and business activities for both domestic and international clients.
